We understand the need for privacy, and our packaging considers discretion to be of top priority. Our packages come in plain, unmarked boxes or USPS priority mail boxes. The return address shows as “Bloom & Co.” so there is no indication of what is inside.


You are charged the day you signup and then every time your plan renews. For example, a one month plan would renew and charge every 30 days.

Yes. Shipping to the contiguous United States is only $5.99 per month. For Canada a $25.00 monthly shipping fee will apply to Bloom Reefinery box shipped.

Bloom Reefnery boxes are sent out once each month.

We currently ship to the US and Canada. We send our packages out via USPS.

We usually ship orders Monday-Friday, typically within 3-5 business days. Generally, orders are not shipped out on the weekends. Example: If you place your order on a Friday afternoon, it will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday.


Bloom Reefinery is NOT responsible for shipping issues resulting from user errors during checkout or for packages that are lost / stolen during transit. Should your order be returned to us due to an invalid shipping address resulting from an input error when placing the order, you will have the option to have the order resent to you for an additional shipping and handling fee. If your order is lost / stolen, you will be required to contact the carrier to file a claim before reaching out to Bloom Reefinery for a replacement.


If your order is lost / stolen, or contains damaged item(s), then Route Shipping Insurance is required for a replacement. Submitting your claim with Route is easy! All you have to do is file a claim through the confirmation emails that were sent to you from [email protected], and from there, Route will handle the rest.
